A bunch of people fled, some of them managed to take some of their belongings, some clothing, things like that, and put them on their head. They came to us for support, in the little house where we were staying. They knew we were there. They arrived asking, "What happened, what happened?" They said there had been a military operation, I think during a celebration. It was an operation with two or three truckloads of soldiers, something like that, just to kill our uncle, who had left. He was still in bed at 6 a.m. when they surrounded his house and killed him. They thought he was a leader. That was why. The people were in chaos. A lot of them came to stay where we were. That’s when people began to leave the town.
